Preston & Steve’s Camp Out for Hunger once again showed just how big Philly’s heart really is, with the show and the entire WMMR family leading the charge as the people of Philadelphia stepped up in a massive way, donating an incredible 1.8 million pounds of food and 1.9 million dollars for Philabundance to help families across the region. Huge congratulations to the Preston & Steve Show and everyone at WMMR for another unforgettable, deeply meaningful week built on generosity, community, and nonstop hard work, and thank you to the countless Philadelphians who showed up, gave what they could, and made it all possible. We were truly honored to be invited into that environment as the house band for one of the week’s morning broadcasts, made even more special by performing on Veterans Day 2025, a day that hits home for us as Edgardo and Kyle are Army and Air Force veterans respectively.
Listen below for audio from that morning’s broadcast.
